I cannot find or download my files
First, check the email you used to purchase or sign up, including your spam or promotions folder. If you bought on Etsy, you can usually find your files under Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account.
If the link has expired or still does not work, send me a message with your order details and I will resend your files.

My pages print too small, fuzzy, or cut off
This is usually a printer setting issue. Make sure “Actual size” or “100%” is selected (not “Fit” or “Shrink to fit”), and choose the right paper size.
